The morning I came in to buy a space for my husband, Jim Franklin, I had never felt so welcome as I did that day. Phyllis Renner was so kind and helpful to me and my family. My husband had just passed away and I was in a state of shock. She was very compassionate and treated me as though she had all the time in the world for me. I felt like the Lord had sent her to me to help me on the worse day of my life. I come to GreeneLawn to visit at least once or twice a week. It is always so beautiful and very nicely kept up. I'm glad I chose GreeneLawn for its beauty and I know I don't have to worry about keeping up my husband's grave. I would make the same decision to purchase spaces at GreeneLawn if I had to do it over again. Thank you, Phyllis Reener and all the staff and employees at GreeneLawn Memory Gardens.

GreeneLawn has become our family cemetery thru the years, I have aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents and then my parents resting all close together.

On the day of my Dadís service the January weather was the coldest it had been in years. I remember thinking how even thru the bad weather, the family was still shown respect. Lois Weems in a very kind professional manner was right there to assist, as I had not had to deal with these matters before, she stepped me thru each detail that was so confusing in times like these.

I had also wanted to purchase a photo plaque to place on my Dadís and Momís gravestone Lois helped me with all the detail to get it ordered. When the picture came in, Lois brought it out to my home to show my bedridden Mother . This pleased my Mom so much, that she cared enough to take her own time to bring this out and visit with her.

And then in September of 2007 I lost my Mom, again, Lois and the staff was there.

I would like to express my gratitude for the kindness and professional services that my family has received.

Thank you,
Diane L. Hicks
